Right of withdrawal The customer is granted a right of withdrawal for a period of 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal is not granted in the following cases: (i) If the contract involves an incidental element, in particular because the price is subject to fluctuations over which the provider has no influence.
